 I wanted to tell you how much my wife and I appreciate your work.  The paver job looks great and I wrote a few notes about the experience that could benefit other people looking to have a driveway or backyard covered with new pavers.  I drive for a living and I see many driveways and paver jobs.  My driveway is now the best one I've ever seen!
Timeliness:  Your crew was there at the site each morning and worked hard all day accomplishing exactly what you said they would do.
Attention to detail:  They were careful in not destroying the surrounding vegetation and you had them place pavers exactly where and how I asked you to.
Keeping the job site clean each day:  They never left nails or other dangerous things around that could hurt my children.
Cost Estimate:  Your job estimate was very fair and when you discovered there was much more cement to remove under the retaining wall, you absorbed the extra time and kept the price of the job to the bid you gave me.
Craftsmanship:  The craftsmanship and actual paver work was done very professionally and looked great when the job was done!  I compared the work to other paver jobs Iâ?Tve seen around town and I noticed that the lines were much straighter on my paver job.  The drains looked great.
I have been a home owner for more than twenty years ands since Iâ?Tm not a real tool guy, I have hired many professionals to do work on every house that Iâ?Tve lived in.  Your crew was the most professional and hard working that I have ever seen.  You gave me the most competitive price for the job.  You were there to answer any questions throughout the job and change things as my wife and I wanted to have other areas upgraded.  For this I really appreciate everything that you and your crew have done for me.  Thanks!  The house looks better than ever!  The neighbors are awestruck!
